I took Elusive Ring over Convention of Elements as the 60% dmg reduction is permanent vs the short buff duration and long cool down that Elements ring gives you as i prefer to run solo than with groups. I have around 95% dmg reduction when GR with this build with my current setup at around the 170-180m toughness based on stats and items paragon 800. So i have optioned for some toughness to be able to take a hit if i get caught out. I found the main problem with DH was the squishyness, (that's me being an average DH player). Multishot hits enemies below 60% health twice and its damage is increased by 150 - 200%.
